Club Red

When it comes time to charge your members' credit cards for their wine club fees, you simply click the "Authorization" button.

The system will dial your processor and obtain the authorizations and settlement. Some processors will process the authorizations and the settlement at the same time.

Reports will be generated automatically for approved and declined credit cards, and all files will be updated.

You can contact those members whose cards were declined to clear up any problems. Off-line credit card authorizations can be accepted by the system.

If you subscribe to the Decline Letter option, the system will generate letters to those members whose cards were declined when you direct it to do so.

Active Charge, also known as PC Charge, is used by Club Red to process credit cards. You can find more information on this product at Go Software, Inc.
