Club Red

The system has various options of importance.

"Fixed Fee" means the members will all be charge a fixed amount which includes shipping, handling and tax. The system will back-in to sales taxes, shipping and handling fees, discounts, etc, for your accounting department.

"Computed Fee" means the members will be charged an amount equal to the sum of the Wine, Shipping, Handling, Taxes, net of the discount.

Shipping fees, sales taxes and the shippers can be set at the state level on a separate page. Receipts can be printed, at your option, with a message from you.

The actual text of the three letters, if you selected this option, can be typed in my you. The Decline letter always includes the reason the card was declined, as supplied by the issuing bank.
