Member Management. Add new members, delete old ones, and change their status. Maintain separate shipping and billing addresses. View member history, set gifts and will call. 

Credit Cards. Obtain credit card authorizations and settlement. Both with the click of a button! If necessary, force shipment to a member as gratis. Full reporting is automatic.

Shipping. Before processing credit cards, you select the items you want to ship. After processing, shipping and accounting reports are produced.

Additional features. Version 5.2, in combination with Active-Charge version 5.7, conforms to credit card security policies, such as Visa's Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP). Other features include multi-club processing; email blaster; POS single-transactions; state-by-state shippers, shipping costs and taxes; three categories of wine shipments (reds, whites, assorted); custom wine shipments; automatic letters for welcoming new members, notification of credit card declines; gift processing and much more...
